This week's garden fresh recipe is a cucumber salad 😋! Refreshing and easy to spice up with whatever is coming out of the garden that week!

𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤:
🥒 2-3 Cucumbers (sliced & halved)
🍅 2 Tomatoes (diced)
🧅 1 Red onion (sliced & halved)
🥗 1 Tablespoon White or Red Wine Vinegar
🥗 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
🧂 Salt + Pepper to taste
*Optional: 1 Tablespoon of fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, basil, or dill)

𝔻𝕚𝕣𝕖𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤:
1. Prep + chop all the veggies
2. Combine veggies and all other ingredients in a bowl
3. Toss until everything is coated in vinegar and oil
4. Enjoy 😋!
